Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

The business is based in Canada and all packages are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. All custom orders will be shipped as soon as it is developed to customer specifications. If you need your item(s) faster, please let us know before ordering and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate you.

{SHIPPING ADDRESSES}
Please make sure your location address is correct as I will be sending your package to the address provided. PLEASE make sure that your confirmed address is correct before you check out. If you would like your package sent to someone as a gift, I am happy to do that and will include a free card with your special message. You just need to ensure that you leave a note in the comments section when ordering.

{CANADA SHIPPING}
All orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. A tracking code will be provided and delivery times are approximately 5-7 business days.

{US SHIPPING}
All US orders (except handmade cards and bookmarks) are shipped via USPS and it normally takes 4-6 business days to arrive at the destination location. The tracking information for all the packages shipped through USPS will be sent to you once the order has been shipped.

{INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING}
For all international customers, please note that Standard Shipping refers to ground transportation and it could take between 10-30 days to arrive at the destination address. The package will not be tracked or insured. If you want your package tracked and insured then please let me know and I will provide you with the additional costs.

{CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES}
Unfortunately, you are responsible for any customs/duty fees assigned by your country upon entry into your country. These vary by location and estimates are not provided to the seller. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CHARGE and cannot reimburse you this fee as it is paid to your country & not to me. Please do not purchase items from my Website Online store if this arrangement is not acceptable to you.

PLEASE NOTE:
Delivery time frames are not guaranteed. Packages can sometimes be held for inspection by officials in the destination country. Although rare, U.S customs has up to 45 days to inspect a held package. We will not be held liable for postal delays. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

I do a lot of due diligence when packaging your product. When I ship an item, it is bubble wrapped and packages carefully. If an item is lost or damaged during shipment I am not responsible for this but will work with you to find a solution. If you wish to add insurance to shipping, you will have to let us know as this is not automatically included.

If you want to SAVE a few dollars and are purchasing several items I can create a CUSTOM LISTING usually with a lower combined shipping cost.

If you live in or around Mississauga I will waive shipping charges if you want to pick up your purchase. Please contact me about this option before paying, so I can send you a revised listing without shipping costs.
